Premier Staffing, Inc. was established in May, 2000 as a locally operated woman owned business to serve the Richmond and Tri-Cities area with the employment needs of the community.  We are active in the community offering our expertise to local educational institutes. Primary business operations are overseen in the Richmond office, owned and managed by Kathy Sexton and Stephanie Kastner. We are committed to providing our client companies with quality temporary help and outstanding service.

Project: Administrative Coordinator


Description: Seeking Administrative Coordinator to meet and greet clientèle. Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel Spreadsheets. Organizational skills a must. Should enjoy multi-tasking and possess the ability to change gears many times during a day. Familiarity with human resource procedures a plus. Please call us for a personal interview, 262-9990.



Project: Baker/Mixer


Tasks:  Production Work in Local Bakery


Description: We are seeking several candidates for a temp to hire positions, who can lift 15lbs repetitively, 30-50lbs periodically during the day. Must be able to read a recipe and measure using a scale. Standing in one place for long periods of time is required. These candidates also must be able to work well on their own, and have reliable transportation. Hours are as early as 5AM for 8 -10 - 12 hour shifts. Weekends are required. You need to have a culinary knack. This is for a growing Richmond favorite bakery.

Tasks:  Working with Plastic Product Machinery


Description: A large local paper/plastic company has partnered with Premier Staffing to provide their facility with quality personnel. Criminal background check and drug screening will be required. Candidates must have their own transportation. Please call us for a personal interview, 262-9990.
